I believe since the prohibition was abolished with the 21st amendment...we should legalize the importation of it into the US by consumers as well as between states.
Example: I would like to purchase beer from Germany. But I can't. I have to go to a re-seller. I am SANCTIONED by the government, into paying a third party to import the beer, by law. The same occurs between states.
A simple restriction of age verification would alleviate the fears of "Saving the children."
