As computer technology becomes more advanced, new and different methods of protest are required. DoS (Denial-of-Service) and its forms are not hacking in any way. DoSing is similar to the sit-in protests of the 1950s and 1960s and the "Occupy" Movement. Instead of people occupying a space, computers will "occupy" a website to slow or deny service temporarily.
In addition to legalizing DoS, anyone jailed for any DoS-related activities should be released immediately and have anything regarding DoS-related activities expunged from their records.
