Legalize drugs since the WAR on drugs has not been successful so The Mexican Cartels will be put out of business.

If drugs are legalize in the U.S. then the Mexican Cartel along with all the muders they commit will stop .Drug Clinics could be set up with the money saved trying to fight the useless "DRUG WAR "as in "PROABITION "to help more people who want to be rehabilitated .
Regulating the growth and sale of Marijuana would create jobs and since it would not be a criminal offense Police would have more time to go after real criminals .
Also the jails would not be filled with addicts they could be sent to Rehabilatation Clinics for help .
