It has recently come to the attention of the good citizens of New York that the NYC Hospitality Alliance seeks to end the great American tradition of weekend brunches accompanied by bottomless alcoholic beverages. Colloquially, this is often known as Drunk Brunch... or "Drunch".
The Alliance claims NY law "prohibits from selling, serving, delivering or offering to patrons an unlimited number of drinks during any set period of time for a fixed price."
I say this is an infringement on our fundamental American rights to freedom, liberty, and bottomless mimosas. Please Mr. Obama, protect our legal right to drunch so future generations of American citizens can experience the joy of drinking off the prior night's hangover over eggs benedict and homefries. Our liberty is in your hands.
