This petition will bring back a fundamental right back to the AmerIcan people, dueling. Some of our greatest leaders and pioneers were famous duelists, including our seventh president, Andrew Jackson. Dueling is a perfectly acceptable solution to major issues amongst civilians, such as settling quarrels. Not too mention, it is safer to use sabers and flintlocks to duel because medicine has evolved to repair any of the afflicted wounds.
