No individual shall be subject to prosecution or legal reprisal, if said individual should be found to have possessed or consumed the French Fries of another individual, while the aforementioned second individual was absent from the table, inattentive to the fries, or otherwise failed to prevent the first individual from obtaining or ingesting the French Fries.
