Right now it is LEGAL, to OPPRESS the LGBTQ community, this needs to change. Legal oppression against a marginalized group is wrong and is unjust toward humanity. Remember it was once legal to own slaves in this country, to oppress women, to ban interracial marriage. This is just a few listings of oppression that has gone on in this country. History has shown us that oppression of a group is not just, nor morally humane.
