Legalize gay marriage and marijuana for recreational use in the 28th Amendment or the "San Francisco Act"

I think that marijuana and gay marriage being illegal is something that would make our founding fathers scratch their heads. In a country that preaches freedom, we restrict too much and the people agree that this would be two freedoms that would change America in a positive way.
