I propose that you find a way to legalize gay marriage across all fifty states. This is an issue that is religious in nature and shouldn't be barred by law, only by the religious institutions that are used to perform marriages in heterosexual weddings. Same-sex partners should be granted the same rights as heterosexual partners to marry and gain the same benefits on a federal level through a government issued marriage license of legal, not religious, origin.
