Petition to legalize gay marriage in North and South Carolina.
The homosexual, bisexual, transgender, and etc. community deserves the same rights as every other person. Marriage is not a straight privilege, it should be a human right, like it IS.
They should also get the same benefits if their spouse or partner dies like everyone else does with survivor benefits. It is time for the South to change, and accept this, because though it maybe a sin in the Bible, it doesn't say in the constitution that it HAS to be illegal.
