This petition is to make Gopeds legal on all sidewalks within the U.S.A. I also believe Goped should be made legal on roadways that do not reach over 30mph. I have been pulled over once in my neighborhood using perfect driving skills on my sidewalk and was fined for simply riding. Gopeds are nothing more then bikes with a very small engine on them.
