Hemp is an extremely useful plant. It can be used for many things, including paper, clothing, fuel. It can't be grown in America due to a failure of legislation. This is a petition to rescind that literature. P.L. 91-513; 21 U.S.C. 801 et seq needs to be altered to allow hemp.
