Legalize the growing of industrial hemp so it can be used as a source of fiber, fuel, medicine, and source of jobs.

A waiver by the DEA would allow Kentucky farmers to reestablish their industrial hemp crops outlawed in the 1930s. Citizens of Kentucky's 5th US Congressional District could return their pride and honesty by putting their land to full production with Kentucky's greatest ever money crop - Industrial Hemp.
From the Industrial Hemp plants will come manufacturing, transportation, paper mills, clothing factors, and the list could go on and one.
Put Kentuckians and othe Red State citizens back to work and end the welfare.
Also, with the same pen, tell the religious community to cease and detest, authorize the growh and sale of marijuana for those with physical disabilities and a specific amount for recreation.
The United States of America is the people's country.
