Legalize the growth and possession of cannabis in all states for all uses. Allow for sale out of facilities built specifically for this purpose which will create jobs and boost the economy by hiring former illegal dealers who did not previously pay taxes on their earnings. This will also lower crime rate and the amount of inmates in our jails by pardoning those inmates who are in for cannabis related crimes. Home based sellers would be allowed as well and would have to pay a taxes as well. This could easily boost our economy in a position to lower national debt and create a surplus.
