Legalize the growth and sale of Marijuana (Hint: save the economy)

First off, I'm not a user and never will be. That being said I think it is ignorant to not legalize Marijuana.
Instantly it would create a handful of jobs from the farmers, to brand name companies, then the marketing of the products, down to the stores that would sell it. We would stop wasting so much money on the illegal Marijuana market, and stop wasting money on keep those "criminals" in jail.
On top of the obvious reasons (taxes, permits, etc.) hopefully just hopefully it would create a more classy user base instead of the run of the mill pot-head who I personally find irritating.
PS - Go Obama! You're doing your best with what you were given.
