Legalize hemp and the establishment of government run hemp immersion/aid facilities in low income areas.

This petition is calls for the legalization of hemp, with limited to no taxation on 5 acre parcels or less. Parcels larger than 5 acres and all commercial and industrial processed hemp/hemp products will have a 20% tax for the first five years to create national and private hemp industry. After five years the tax rate will be reexamined. Secondly as not to great a hemp monopoly and to improve impoverished areas the government should establish government run centers in areas with high poverty and unemployment. These centers will provide reserach,seed,education, and government loans with less than 5% interest always. Please consider this petition and consider that hemp can be used in over 32,000 products and can create millions of jobs and limit foreign imports and expand exports.
