legalize hemp and marijuana to pay for true universal health care equal to elected Federal Representatives.

This petition is for the legalization of industrial hemp and recreational marijuana for the purpose of funding true universal health care. All tax dollars incoming will henceforth be used for the funding of Universal Health Care equal to the President of the United States. "Obamacare" will be abolished and replaced by the same health care plan as known by the President and other elected Congressmen and Senators. A citizen will simply file their taxes and will receive a Universal Health Care card. The citizen will only have to go to their physician, be treated, and all billing is then sent to the Federal gov't. This will grow the economy and provide a much needed service to Americans.
