At least give it a chance. It was once one of America's largest cash crops. The uses are endless. This is are chance to pull the United States out of this deficit. Austerity would be a distant memory once a program that supports the growth and business of a plant that has a plethora of uses; that range from paper production, clothing to renewable fuel.
