Allow home distillation of spirits such as whiskey. Allow citizens to possess and use distillation equipment. Currently we may legally brew our own beer and press our own wine but home distillation is VERY illegal. There is no reason except protection of entrenched mega-distillers to deny us the right to distill our own spirits.
