For decades the American people have been bared from one of our oldest traditions, Home Distilling. Years ago simple regulations were enacted to allow us to brew limited quantities of beer and wine in the privacy of our own homes. This small change has led to the birth of the entire craft brewing industry and the creation of tens of thousands of jobs! But due to lobbying by Big Liquor we are still being denied the last part of these very American traditions.
Making liquor at home is as simple and safe as any other culinary endeavor. As such we simply seek to have the laws and regulations regarding Home Distilling brought into line with those for home brewing beer and wine. It’s time that our rights, our heritage and maybe even some common sense was restored.
