Legalize human slavery on the grounds that Patent law recognizes ownership of offspring organisms carrying Patented DNA.

Despite the fact that all life is the same life at superposition a company can own the patent to a Living organism to which it has added its own DNA and consequently own the Offspring of that primary organism even though it may have divested control of it through it's sale that Human Slavery is therefore Legal on the grounds that in the case where a human who is modified by a patented Genetic additive passes that patented modification to the offspring of the recipient human. It is necessary to protect the Property rights of companies by recognizing that Humans in receipt of patented DNA are owned by the company that owns the patented DNA. Thus the DNA cure of Sickle Cell Anemia among African Americans will guarantee ownership of African Americans and their Genetically cured offspring.
