legalize the implementation, training, arming and use of Non-Lethal Weapons by Education administrators in all schools

In response to the current wave of violence preying on areas with limited or no access to a viable means of defense I believe that one step in the right direction would be to allow the carry and use of non-lethal weapons on school grounds by school administrators that have been properly trained and cleared to carry such weapons. These weapons would include pepper spray or mace, tasers or any type of weapon using electricity with or without projectiles fired from a cartridge or shell, or firearms designed to fire rubber or beanbag projectiles for the purpose of temporally incapacitating a would be assailant.
These types of weapons would give one viable means of defense to our teachers to better protect our children from those who wish to do them harm.
