The United States has banned the import and sale of Kinder Surprise Eggs due to a perceived choking hazard created by the toy placed on the inside of the hollow chocolate egg. However, the capsule holding the toy is much too large for a small child to swallow, and is almost impossible for adults, let alone children, to open easily. Also, there are plenty of warnings on the foil packaging advising parents not to give the confection to children under the age of three. These eggs are sold practically everywhere except for the United States and it is unfair that we are missing out on these delights. Please join me in removing the ban on Kinder Surprise Eggs in the United States!
