Ever since the introduction of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic act of 1938, which bans candies from having a toy inside of it. Kinder Suprise Eggs, which were first introduced in 1974, were never given a proper chance to flourish in American markets. These eggs and other candies like it should be reexamined, meet certain safety requirements, and then be permitted to be sold in the US for children and adults alike to enjoy.
