Legalize Islamic Holidays As A School Holiday

All religions have holidays. Many of these holidays are recognized all around the world and are taken to attention concerning schools. Many holidays, such as Christmas and Hanukkah, are acknowledged, and therefore given enough respect, to close schools for celebration of these holidays. Many Muslim students and staff would like to have a break once in a while too, for their own holidays, concerning their religions. We call upon President Obama to legalize this petition, allowing the Islamic holidays to be recognized and respected in schools so much so as to be added as a "School Day Off" day.
