Legalize Khat allow shops to sell it and take it away from the black market.

This is not any drug like marijuana, cocaine, heroin, LSD, magic mushrooms, etc where lots of people just abuse it for the sake of getting high, this is a traditional drug that has been used for centuries in certain countries like Somalia, Yemen, Ethiopia, Kenya, etc there is not a large amount of them present in the US and they do not cause trouble, even when they sell it in the underground market, why send these people to prison when they are having something which is traditional to them, and pay a lot of money to do it, also people that use it could feel like they are being racially targeted because drugs that are traditional to western societies like alcohol and tobacco which are very dangerous are legal, but drugs that are traditional to certain African communities are illegal.
