Kinder eggs are still illegal to purchase in the U.S. You can get up to a $2500 fine for just one egg. They are banned due to a choking hazard, yet there are other brands in the U.S. similar to this product. There are also other types of toys that are sold that are even smaller than the toys in these eggs. We need to overturn this and allow Kinder products in the U.S.
