The Kinder surprise is a Chocolate egg with a toy inside. Currently, they are illegal to import to the United States due to worries about chocking hazards. However, since the launch in 74, there have only been two deaths that could be (weakly) connected to the Kinder Surprise, and the packaging says very clearly that they are not for children under three.
The FDA should allow for the importation and sale of this treat. This is a simple rule change, and will not be that hard to implement.
