This is a push for the legalization of the Kinder Surprise "Kinder Eggs" candies popular in Europe, and that are currently outlawed by the United States due to a "choking hazard." These candies due contain a toy on the inside, but they are very hard to miss, and the eggs come apart quite easily. Therefor, the reasonable person is not at risk of choking on this toy, nor the reasonable parent at risk of giving a child this treat unsafely. Legalizing these will benefit the economy due to their novelty status, and will most likely enjoy very good sales. I propose that these be legalized before Easter of next year, 2016.
