I find it offensive that in so many countries one can purchase and consume a Kinder Surprise Egg without any legal repercussions, but not here in the United States. I think it is time to allow for the manufacture and sale of these delicious chocolate snacks here in the US. There is no excuse not to. If you have ever purchased and consumed one, you would not only have seen how large the toy container inside the egg is, but you may have also realized how impossible it would be for a child to swallow it.
