We want the ban lifted on the import and sale of Kinder Surprise Eggs in the United States. The reason for the ban is a potential choking hazard with the toy that comes enclosed inside the Kinder egg. Banning Kinder eggs should not be the solution however as we have plenty of small toys on the shelves in our stores but those are not getting banned. Kinder Eggs are marketed for children 3+ due to the small size of the toy. It is worth noting that the toys in the Kinder surprise egg come in a large yellow capsule and not just rattling around in the egg.
