We the people petition to remove criminal penalties on the production, sale, and consumption of moonshine and other home made whiskey or distilled spirits.
The war on these operations is doing more harm than good and resulting in a waste of taxpayer money.
At the very least it should be up to each individual to produce for his or her own consumption any drink they wish.
