Simple as this, legalizing marajuana for medicinal purposes would positively affect our annual, national income. In the last 40 years of fighting the war against marajuana, the government has spent over 1 trillion in U.S. tax dollars. Since the legalization of marajuana in 16 U.S. states, the medical marajuana "industry" has generated $200 million annually with only 500,000 registered users. This legalization would also create an income for farmers, agriculturalists, researchers....... it would generally create more jobs and income. I see, in my research, nothing but positive effects to come from a nation wide legalization of medicinal marajuana.
