It is long past time we put an end to this prohibition on marijuana. With overall support for full legalization at an all time high, a vast majority of the population would accept this. Even Pat Robertson has come out for support on this issue in recent days. Regulation and taxation of sales would give our ecomony a huge boost, not to mention the devastating blow this will deal to the Mexican cartels, which is estimated that 60% of their profits comes from marijuana alone. Please push Congress to end this ridiculous prohibition.
