Dear United States Government,
Marijuana has been proven to be less harmful than alcohol, and yet is still illegal because hemp products became so popular. Many states are starting to adopt medical marijuana, but recreational use is still prohibited. As many know Colorado has adopted recreational use of marijuana, crime has lowered and billions of dollars are expected to be generated annually. Weed is the most commonly used illegal drug out there. Legalization will strengthen the American economy, and bring many jobs home in the States.
