Legalize Marijuana.

My intended policy change or legislative action that I am trying to accomplish is that Marijuana Has Medical Benefits. Less Dangerous than Alcohol and Tobacco. Free Choice and Relative Harm.The target population would be those of need for medical use and for urban communities. My relationship to this community is that many Cancer patients such as a close friend’s mother have access to marijuana which has actually helped her along this long battle. To begin getting signatures for this petition, i would reach out to the medically dependents and urban communities. Methods would be to persuade and hopefully demonstrate how beneficial it beneficial it is and how less harmful it is than drug that is FDA approved.
