The U.S is in such a great debt and there needs to be a solution to the problem, one way to start the process would be by legalizing marijuana since marijuana is a cash crop the government could sell it in convenience stores much like cigarettes and sell it with a 5% tax. The income from Marijuana could be influential to the start of our journey to escape debt and it would make many tax payers happy, while maintaining the law that no one is allowed to smoke outside of their homes or near children.
