As you are aware, marijuana/cannabis is currently only legal in a handful of states here in the USA. I petition Congress to pass a law that would enable the manufacture and distribution by legalized sources once and for all of marijuana. With marijuana legalized, the cost of holding inmates in prison, would diminish. With taxes upon it, the government could see an increase in revenue as Colorado did in March, 2014. More and more states are coming forth and legalizing marijuana or voting upon it. Congress, you always talk about cutting government spending, then please let it continue here and be more then just another slogan. Do the right thing and legalize marijuana.
