The chances are that alot of the people you ask would say that it should be legal. Marijuana has been proven to do less damage than alcohol, and even comes with some benefits. In a country where tobacco, the drug that causes the deaths of about 6,000,000 people a year is legal, i think that marijuana, the drug that can basically not kill you from overdose, should be legal.
