Legalize marijuana, it's not any worse than the legal drugs out there. No one has ever proving it is addicting, even if it is, so is nicotine, alcohol and caffeine. Federally regulate the sale (same as tobacco), price it for sale in stores, get a DUI if you drive high. Whats the down side other than millions in taxes to the government?
