Eighteen states and D.C has legalized the medical use of Marijuana. Many states have decriminalized it in some form.
However, our law enforcement is still concentrating on this drug and our federal government still classifies marijuana as a Schedule I Controlled Substance. Others in this class include heroin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD). These are considered more dangerous than cocaine.
This ludicrous idea needs to end now.
Legalize, or at least decriminalize, the use of (even if only medical use of) marijuana.
