We the people believe that is it time to legalize the use of Marijuana. over 100 millions of Americans have admitted to use marijuana at least once in there life including Presidents, celebrities, and officers of the law. Also studies have found that it's less harmful than any other illegal drugs, Alcohol and Tobacco. And why waste billions of dollars on keeping Marijuana illegal if goals of lowing rates have not been reached. Marijuana has yet to cause an a official death, while Alcohol has cause on average 75,000 deaths per year, Tobacco has cause on average 443,000 deaths.
