There is no real reason for marijuana to be illegal, but more than that, it is down right unconstitutional for marijuana to be illegal.
Smoking marijuana not only brings health, but it also brings happiness to millions of people.
So unless I am mistaken, I still live in America, and I still have the right to pursue happiness.
Marijuana brings me happiness, and I intend to pursue it.
