Legalize Marijuana across the country completely

I feel Marijuana should be 100% legalized, not only does everyone do it and it can not be stopped but it is not bad it has many medical uses. As Americans we are tired of paying our hard earned money to help keep prisoners in jail when they are in on Marijuana charges, there are murderers and worse drugs out there that we can be using those cells for i would much rather have a child molester behind bars that a teenager that smoked! I feel as Americans we have the right to smoke what we please but if you don't want to give us that right then ban cigarettes they kill, no one has ever died by Marijuana no scientists has ever found something bad about Marijuana. People look up your facts before you go ranting about how bad Marijuana is also it could open all new doors to herbal medicine.
