It remains illegal to possess marijuana in Tennessee for any reason. This is costing the state money and putting small time offenders in jail. This should be a non issue. We should be receiving taxes from sales which the state could use in a number of ways. Sick people and adults who want to partake in marijuana should have safe access and not be afraid of criminal sanctions.
