We all know that marijuana isn't legal for recreational use in any of the states... For now at least! Beginning next year (2013) marijuana will be legal in Washington State and Colorado for recreational use. It's probably already legal now! Mr. Obama why not just legalize marijuana to save yourself (the government) and I (the people) the time. Weed is illegal and doesn't kill but yet alcohol and tobacco which have the highest percent of death rates if you compare the three are? Think about it, if marijuana becomes federally legal that means less people will get locked up for that cause, in result more room in jails for people with way worse charges than just being in possession of a plant that makes everyone more friendly... Its a win win for EVERYONE!
