Legalize Marijuana and Regulate it like Alcohol.

We the people petition our government administration to review and release Marijuana and its cousin hemp from the Controlled Substances Act of 1970.
It has come to light as of 11/4/2014 that 2 more states and the D.C. voters have spoken, and have Legalized the plant. In addition new science has and is continually proving that the plant has no major ill effects that would warrant it being listed as a scheduled 1 substance. The act of it remaining on this list is both unconstitutional and detrimental to the moral of the majority of US Citizens.
We wish it to be regulated much like alcohol, including a federal tax, no higher than $20 per pound and also mandate it Organic.. We also wish that this process can be expedited as soon as possible.
