As of today, 2/13/15 marijuana is not legal for recreational use in all 50 states. Marijuana has a bad name due to studies that were funded by anti marijuana groups, ect. Marijuana is a plant and causes no harm to anyone. It is proven to be less mentally and physically dangerous than alcohol in many studies. Too many people go to jail, prison, ext for cannabis. By sighing this petition you are helping to fund the government and state, also help keep our young people out of jail due to a plant. As well as Marijuana is a great source of tax revenue, just look at Colorado. Please take your time to help a great cause. Thank you.
