Legalize Marijuana in all states and treat it just like Alcohol.
1. Marijuana is not as dangerous as Cigarettes or Alcohol.
2. Marijuana can be used for medical purposes.
3. Marijuana is going to be used whether you legalize it or not, it's what people do; Legalizing Marijuana won't only reduce prison size but taxing it could help with the Jobs crisis getting America out of debt.
4. The declaration of independence states "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" however we are not in liberty with restrictions like these
