New opportunities. Tobacco and alcohol is much more harmful that marijuana. Cigarettes can give you lung cancer and chew can give you mouth cancer. Smoking marijuana can give you MINIMAL damage to the lungs. Like anything you smoke, there is going to be damage. Street justice related to drug disputes would be reduced.
